Leoben justice centre in Seiermark, Austria has been named the world’s best prison. But what makes this prison the best well lets find out. The prison only is for Minimum offenders, which can be explained by its longest allowed jail time is 18 months at the max. When the prisoners have some down tome they can enjoy the walking yards, table tennis rooms, and multimedia rooms. The owner of the prison said the reason making this prison this way was “We wanted to make the prisoners feel at home during they’re stay here, it’s not right to make a prisoner feel like they’re life is completely down the drain!”
