On the morning of January 15 2010,Warner Brothers, announced that Toby McGuire would not be returning to the set of the upcoming Spider Man 4 or 5 films. Instead he shall be replaced by Robert Pattenson (aka Edward Cullen). Also right along with this decision The director of the first three films, Sam Raimi may also be leaving the series apparently because of growing conflicts between him and Warner Brothers. As of the time this article was released, Warner Brothers has not yet commented on their reasons for releasing Toby McGuire from the film. However Toby McGuire apparently had said that he was the one who made the decision to leave the film stating that " I finally got tired of the film being delayed, and i told them that." Now all we'll have to do is wait and see how Spiderman looks in Sparkle vision.
